The Director of Organizational Development is responsible for the continuing growth and development of Children's of Alabama employees. Creates an atmosphere of continuous improvement by providing learning opportunities for all employees of every level. Supports the organization's leadership in challenges related to employee performance, career paths, skills development, interpersonal interaction, workforce development and departmental and organization-wide culture.
