Job summary

Covenant Consulting seeks a Director of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to lead strategy, roadmap, delivery, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud across ERP, PPM, HCM, and EPM. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into scalable solutions and drive value through reliable service delivery and AI-led automation.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and an enterprise service delivery model, while building a high-performing team and partnering with finance

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise Oracle Cloud solutions, including full lifecycle transformations of Oracle Fusion Cloud, especially ERP and PPM expertise (consulting experience a plus).
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep hands-on functional and process knowledge across core ERP & PPM domains (ERP - Finance, Procurement, Billing & Cash; PPM - Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Resource Management).
  • Experience leading transformations from Oracle eBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP and PPM applications.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (RPA, IDR, Agentic AI capabilities) to improve business outcomes; Oracle AI Agent Studio is a plus.
  • Strong delivery leadership across SDLC/Agile practices, including planning, estimation, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience managing vendors/partners and reviewing statements of work and ensuring delivery quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including leading production support and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute an application service delivery model with SLAs, incident/problem/change management, release management, upgrades, and patches.
  • Partner with Finance and other functions to align IT plans with business strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs considering end-to-end processes and global impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement via standardization, automation (RPA, IDR, AI-led), and best practices for ERP/PPM/HCM/EPM.
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships, including statements of work and delivery quality.
  • Evaluate adoption of emerging capabilities to improve productivity and value realization.
  • Provide executive-level updates on status, risks, decisions, and value realization; support governance.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; manage performance and staffing plans.

Position Summary

As the Director of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, PPM, HCM, EPM) across the organization. (Enterprise Resource Planning, Project Portfolio Management, Human Capital Management, Enterprise Performance Management)

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Applications, you will partner with senior business and IT leaders to translate business strategy into scalable solutions, oversee full lifecycle transformations and enhancements, and ensure measurable value realization through reliable service delivery, process standardization, AI-led automation, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications overall leader, owning strategy, roadmap, standards, implementations, support, and governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud and supporting platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, requirements, architecture, solution design, configuration, development, data conversion, integration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare for implementations and major enhancements.
  • Establish and execute an application service delivery model (support processes, SLAs, incident/problem/change management, release management, upgrades, patches) to ensure stable, high-performing production operations.
  • Partner proactively with Finance and other business functions to understand strategic direction, define and prioritize demand, and align the functional IT plan with the overall IT strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (internal staff and partners) using disciplined delivery practices (SDLC and Agile where appropriate) to deliver on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, considering end-to-end, integrated business processes and global impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation (RPA, IDR, AI-led Agents), controls, and adoption of best practices for ERP, PPM, HCM, and EPM.
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships, including statements of work, resourcing, delivery quality, and financial stewardship.
  • Evaluate and guide adoption of emerging capabilities (including AI-driven Agentic features) to improve productivity, controls, and user experience, and to realize measurable business value.
  • Provide executive-level communication on program status, risks, decisions, and value realization; facilitate governance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team; manage performance, career growth, and staffing plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance/accounting, business, etc.
  • Experience in and/or knowledge of Oracle AI Agent Studio.
  • Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or related industries.
  • Certifications in Oracle Cloud ERP & PPM applications and related technologies.
  • Experience in Workforce Management solution/Project Resource Management a big plus.

Compensation:
$180,000-$200,000 per year
