A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice focuses on serving middle‑market and large‑cap private‑equity firms engaged to improve operating results at portfolio companies. Our professionals are aligned with a PEPI service line to develop deep functional skills and tailor solutions to solve clients' business issues.
We are seeking individuals who can assist in delivering large, complex client engagements. You will work closely with Private Equity leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for portfolio companies.

The salary range is $150,000–$225,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. For details, ask a recruiter.
