Job Description Summary
Oversees the development and support of initiatives for Asset Services. Serve in an operations role providing strategy and tactical decisions on behalf of Asset Services for the development of tools and resources for the platform. Instrumental in the growth and development of the platform as well as the execution of ongoing operational tasks and responsibilities. Collaborate and partner with asset services leadership and geographic markets to ensure successful deployment and execution of initiatives with the highest level of service consistent with Cushman & Wakefield’s standards.
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
10+ years of Property Management Experience Or any similar combination of education and experience Experience in commercial real estate and accounting knowledge

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $ 144,755.00 - $170,300.00
