Coreweave in Dallas is seeking a Director, Operations Accounting Enablement to lead fixed asset and inventory accounting functions. This strategic role involves ensuring audit readiness and implementing effective accounting processes across the organization.

The Fixed Assets & Inventory Management Enablement team is responsible for building, scaling, and operating the Company’s fixed asset and inventory accounting functions to support a rapidly growing business. The team plays a critical role in maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring audit and operational readiness, and enabling scalable accounting processes across the organization.
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $220,000. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
