Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director in Shared Services and Banking Operations to serve as a Risk Manager, documenting, measuring, analyzing, and mitigating operational risk. The role partners with business units to develop controls and support client relationships across the firm’s Operations division.

The position is within Risk, Regulatory & Resilience in Baltimore, offering opportunities to lead, train, and participate in audits and regulatory reviews while advancing the firm’s risk

Qualifications

• Provide oversight of process and control documentation and supervisory procedures.
• Participate in internal audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.
