University of Pennsylvania seeks a Director for Open Enrollment Programs within Wharton Executive Education in Philadelphia. You will own a significant portfolio, design and deliver high-impact executive education, and partner with Wharton faculty and leadership to maintain relevant content and strong outcomes.

You will drive new program development, manage university partnerships, and ensure profitability while delivering superior learner experiences across in-person, online, and blended

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7–10 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience independently managing a complex portfolio of executive education programs.
• Strong business and financial acumen with pricing, budgeting, and profitability understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ownership of a large Open Enrollment portfolio for senior executives.
• Lead new program development from opportunity through launch.
• Develop and manage university partnerships and cross-unit collaboration.
• Maintain program content relevance by aligning with Wharton’s thinking and market needs.
• Ensure high-quality participant experience and financial success across formats (in-person, online, blended).
• Mentor colleagues and guide teams through complex program decisions and stakeholder management.
