Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with post-doc experience and leadership of teams in oncology.
• Experience leading oncology discovery and development programs through IND/CTA enabling activities.
• Strong background in cancer biology, translational pharmacology, and tumor biology.

Responsibilities

• Lead preclinical oncology R&D programs focused on antibody-based therapeutics for solid tumors.
• Build and manage a portfolio of bispecific antibodies and T-cell engager programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external collaborations; drive strategy to execution.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance portfolio strategy and BD diligence.
• Incorporate AI/ML to accelerate cancer biology research and translational evaluation.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing research environment.
