AstraZeneca plc in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Field Deployment (Oncology) to lead planning, design, and execution of Field Force Effectiveness strategies across major Oncology franchises. The role acts as a strategic consultant for resource allocation, deployment, analytics, and day-to-day SFE operations, often coordinating with external partners and cross-franchise teams.

You will shape deployment design, territory alignment, KPI benchmarks, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare commercial experience in roles of progressive responsibility with a record of strong performance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) strategies for Oncology franchises.
• Develop deployment design, territory alignment, and sales structure recommendations.
• Generate and translate FFE analytics and dashboards for senior leadership and alliance partners.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure field productivity.
