Qualifications

• Workday Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or Integrations.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and coach high-performing teams.
• Delivery Excellence: Lead Agile Workday implementations end-to-end with quality.
• Configuration & Engineering Standards: Establish governance, code quality & testing discipline.
• AI & Emerging Technology Leadership: Pilot and scale AI within HR tech ecosystems.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders.
• 5+ years in related field, including insurance/financial services.
• Interprets challenges and improves SDLC processes.
• Delivery: strong design strategy, automated tests, and production readiness.
• Domain Expertise: develop partnerships aligned with business goals.
• Problem Solving: data-driven, exploratory problem solving.
• Decision-making: handle multi-factor decisions with broad impact.
• Communication: articulate tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Engineers and Business Systems Consultants with mentorship.
• Direct complex design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Lead investigation and resolution of high-impact problems, defects, and incidents.
• Seek opportunities to use technology to improve processes.
• Apply industry trends to formulate scalable software solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
