Job Summary
The Director of Warehousing and Production will oversee the supply chain, including production, equipment operations, and warehouse logistics, while maintaining an understanding of market needs, and trends coupled with overall sales performance. This position must drive initiatives to identify opportunities to better support the franchise community within the supply chain function. The Director will work to ensure that the division operates in accordance with established safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of employees during day-to-day operations.

You will

• Lead and manage multiple teams within the supply chain by providing direction and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and execute manufacturing, warehousing and logistical strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor production and shipping processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout day-to-day operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Actively seek opportunities to leverage new technologies or methodologies to improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems.

You have

• 8+ years of relevant experience in line management, warehousing, project management, and/or consulting leadership roles ideally with exposure to property mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methods, and tools.
• Extensive, hands-on experience leading large-scale change initiatives across the full lifecycle of strategy, planning, requirements definition, design, and delivery.
• Highly organized, with demonstrated track record in a program management office environment.
• Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong initiative and problem-solving dexterity.
• High change agility with strong change management skills.
• Proven ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
• Committed lifelong learner with a passion to share knowledge and learnings with others.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
