Job summary

The Bridge Inc. seeks a Director of Volunteer and Internship Programs to lead the agency's volunteer and internship programs and the junior board. This role will support communications, engage with the Board of Directors, and assist the CEO, with regular community presence at program locations.

Four days per week in the office are required; evenings and weekends may be needed. The role emphasizes relationship-building with field placement offices, corporate volunteer programs, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of experience in volunteer management or internal and external relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and Raiser’s Edge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency’s volunteer and internship programs.
• Place interns and volunteers in openings across the agency with senior staff input.
• Train interns and volunteers or ensure access to training.
