Job summary

Paw Prosper is seeking a Director of Clinical Education to lead CRI’s certification and continuing‑education programs, and to help shape the editorial direction of OnlinePetHealth. The role drives content excellence, mentors faculty, and safeguards accreditations, while representing Paw Prosper as a leading educator in veterinary rehabilitation.

Ideal candidates will have a DVM/VMD, proven teaching leadership, and deep canine rehabilitation expertise.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with active license in good standing.
• Substantial teaching or lecturing experience in veterinary rehabilitation.
• Deep clinical expertise across canine rehabilitation, pain management, sports medicine.
• Experience developing curriculum or educational content.
• Leadership experience managing faculty.
• Willingness to attend in-person CRI courses and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRI certification and CE content and faculty.
• Review and approve course materials and third-party lectures.
• Keep content current with peer‑reviewed research.
• Champion evidence‑based practice and support clinical research.
• Direct CRI operations, onsite course delivery.
• Collaborate with Paw Prosper teams to align education with strategy.
• Engage with advisory board and represent Paw Prosper publicly.
