Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field, or RN licensure.
• Experience: 3–5 years in chart analysis and utilization review in mental health.
• Skills: Clear oral and written communication; stable under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates the utilization review process and supervises UR staff.
• Assures quality of patient care in a cost-effective manner.
• Assists in admission and continued-stay reviews and documents care.
• Collaborates with physicians and social services to ensure documentation quality.
• Develops and maintains data for leadership review and decision making.
• Oversees program planning, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement.
