Job summary

Elevate Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Project Execution to oversee utility-scale storage and PV+Storage projects from late-stage development through commissioning. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with top safety and quality standards, while coordinating with EPCs, battery OEMs, utilities, and regulators.

The role requires 6–8+ years in energy project management with strong BESS knowledge and travel up to 30% to project sites.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in utility-scale energy project management, including 2–3 years in BESS-specific roles.
• Deep understanding of BESS components: lithium-ion batteries, PCS, and BMS/EMS.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of infrastructure or energy projects from development to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project development and preconstruction activities, including feasibility, design input, and CAPEX forecasting.
• Lead project execution and delivery with detailed plans, procurement, and EPC negotiations; ensure handoff to O&M.
• Provide technical oversight, ensure FAT/site commissioning, and manage change orders with contractors.
