Director of Treasury | Investment Banking

I am working on a Director of Treasury opportunity with a well-established investment banking organization in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional to take on a highly visible role, drive key liquidity initiatives, and help enhance the firm's treasury infrastructure and operational efficiency.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $175,000-$225,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
• Bonus: 25%-45%
• Compensation commensurate with experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain base-case and stressed liquidity forecasts, contingency funding plans, and liquidity buffer analyses.
• Oversee periodic testing and validation of contingency funding procedures.
• Assess liquidity utilization across business lines and identify opportunities to improve funding strategies and balance sheet efficiency.
• Drive enhancements to treasury systems, automation, data management, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to strengthen infrastructure, improve data integrity, and enhance internal controls.
• Streamline workflows, automate reconciliations, and implement standardized processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
