• Knowledge of cost centers, budgets and procurement.
• Experience with safety programs and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by directing and coordinating work across departments.
• Enforce safety programs and conduct site safety observations.
• Prepare budgets and monitor budget performance for cost centers.
• Plan and execute projects, prioritize resources and outages.
• Determine equipment needs and justify purchases to improve productivity.
• Recruit, develop, manage and evaluate staff; participate in labor matters.
• Ensure participation in work management and asset management programs.
