Job Summary
The Director of Transformation is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide performance improvement, overseeing complex transformation projects, and embedding a culture of operational agility and innovation. This role serves as both an execution lead and trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional efforts that enable scalable, measurable change across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Enterprise Transformation Leadership Lead the design, planning, and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, and technical domains. Align projects with corporate priorities and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Project Scoping & Execution Oversight Define project charters, success metrics, and execution roadmaps. Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring progress against scope, timeline, and quality targets.
- Operational Strategy & Performance Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive value creation. Establish KPIs and lead performance analytics to track ROI.
- Executive Collaboration & Strategic Advisory Act as a thought partner to senior executives, providing insights, strategic guidance, and data-driven recommendations to drive key business decisions.
- Governance & Risk Management Develop governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation across all initiatives.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Communicate the "why" behind transformation. Champion organizational adoption of change through inclusive engagement, structured enablement, and targeted support.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead a small team or matrixed resources. Foster skill development in transformation disciplines including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management.
- Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, transformation consulting, or enterprise project management.
- A proven track record of collaborating with executive-level leaders to achieve organizational objectives effectively spearheading transformative initiatives.
- Experience providing strategic guidance and counsel to Executives, serving as a trusted advisor in navigating organizational change.
- Requires experience working in a medium to large-scale organizations.
- Experience leading transformational initiatives across multiple departments.
- Proficient in constructing and refining structures and processes, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and enhance operational efficiency on a large scale.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional projects in medium to large organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, organizational change, and performance measurement.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and frameworks (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, etc.).
- Healthcare or health tech experience preferred
