Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Director of TMS & Spravato Services to provide clinical and operational leadership for our interventional psychiatry program in Houston, TX. This role oversees delivery, quality, growth, and day-to-day performance of TMS and Spravato services.

You will recruit and mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize patient access and outcomes while staying current with best practices in interventional psychiatry.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with TMS, Spravato/esketamine, or interventional psychiatry.
• Experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and operational direction of PsychPlus's TMS and Spravato programs.
• Establish and maintain high‑quality clinical protocols, workflows, and treatment standards.
• Provide clinical oversight for TMS and Spravato treatment delivery.
• Oversee patient safety, treatment outcomes, documentation, and quality initiatives.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee clinical staff supporting TMS and Spravato services.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational requirements, including Spravato REMS requirements.
• Monitor program KPIs, patient volume, utilization, outcomes, and operational performance.
• Partner with psychiatry and operations leadership to improve patient access and treatment capacity.
• Develop processes that create an exceptional patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, clinical outcomes, and overall performance.
• Support the growth and expansion of PsychPlus's interventional psychiatry services.
• Stay current with developments, research, and best practices in TMS, Spravato, and interventional psychiatry.

PsychPlus is a growing mental health organization committed to making high-quality psychiatric care more accessible through a modern, patient-centered approach. We provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including psychiatry, therapy, medication management, TMS, and Spravato, across our expanding network.

We are looking for an experienced clinical leader to help us expand and elevate our TMS and Spravato services.

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a Director of TMS & Spravato Services to provide clinical and operational leadership for our interventional psychiatry program. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality, growth, and day-to-day performance of our TMS and Spravato services. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with TMS and/or Spravato, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to build and lead a high‑performing team.

You will work closely with PsychPlus leadership, psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nursing staff, and operations teams to ensure patients receive safe, evidence‑based, and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with TMS, Spravato/esketamine, or interventional psychiatry.
• Previous experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of psychiatric treatment, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
• Experience with Spravato REMS and/or TMS program operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, improve, and scale a clinical program.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing or directing a TMS or Spravato program.
• Experience developing clinical protocols and treatment workflows.
• Experience tracking clinical outcomes and operational KPIs.
• Experience in an outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health setting.
• Experience building or scaling an interventional psychiatry service line.
