Robert E. Qualifications

• Degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience delivering skilled rehab services.
• Current valid state licensure in respective discipline; CPR certification preferred.
• Must maintain licensure and adhere to standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligned with facility goals and standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate therapy program effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Oversee staffing, equipment, and budget to support therapy services.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify improvements and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Meets the requirements of specific therapy discipline to deliver skilled rehab services within scope of credentials and/or license.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical RequirementsSitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
