Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee therapeutic recreation programs for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess residents' needs and preferences
• Provide leadership and guidance to the therapeutic recreation team
• Organize activities to entertain, exercise, relax, and express while meeting residents' needs
• Create a warm, inclusive environment to encourage resident participation
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Assist families in exploring hobbies and leisure activities for residents
