Director of Technology Strategy & Operations

In this newly created role, the director will partner with service line leaders to design, implement and support practical, tailored technology solutions that support staff productivity, improve program operations, and ensure effective use of data. The Director will blend strategic leadership and innovation with hands‑on collaborative partnership with leaders across JF&CS. This includes leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance automation, decision‑making, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
• Oversight of the agency’s enterprise‑wide case management system, Exponent Case Management built on Salesforce platform. This system supports program operations and enables us to measure our impact.
• Organization‑wide knowledge management and productivity tools
• Program‑specific workflows
• Oversight of all elements of IT infrastructure and user support.
• Ensuring security and reliability of systems
• Managing our MSP relationship
• Training our staff
• Manage a team of 5, including an IT Manager, a Help Desk Technician, two Salesforce Administrators, and our Manager of Evaluation & Impact.
• Participate in broad‑based organization‑wide planning on a wide range of strategic and operational issues.
