The Director of Technology for Lenovo’s Pharmaceutical Industry Vertical will be a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation and aligning technology solutions with customer needs and business growth in the pharma sector. This role involves collaborating with sales and solutions teams to identify customer pain points, deliver tailored solutions, and position Lenovo as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trends.
  • Work with sales and marketing to understand requirements and translate them into product features.
  • Act as a technical advisor to key customers, providing insights to drive value.
  • Partner with sales to create technical proposals and demonstrations.
  • Lead the design of customer-centric products incorporating feedback.
  • Identify emerging technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects and industry representation.
  • Collaborate across functions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, preferably in OEM or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in customer-focused innovation and technology solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
