Your Role

We seek a Director of Technology & (iBM i) ERP Operations based in Exeter, PA. This role oversees the IBM Power Systems ERP environment, including system design, uptime, monitoring, and security of hardware, applications, and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support iSeries hardware and software
• Design, develop, and support applications
• Manage third-party applications
• Maintain data center infrastructure
• Configure and monitor disaster recovery and high availability systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets
• Analyze operational metrics and improve productivity
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, CS, or related field
• 5+ years on the iSeries platform
• Knowledge of inter-system protocols and IBM Client Access
• Experience with hardware, software, security, and network systems
• Project leadership and team management skills
