WBZ‑TV/CBS Boston is seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Director of Technology to lead the technical strategy and execution of our multi‑platform content center. This high‑impact leadership role will ensure operational excellence, innovation, and future‑readiness of our broadcast and streaming infrastructure. The position reports directly to the President and General Manager, with a dotted‑line relationship to the Division Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Hiring Salary Range: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00. The salary range applies to positions in New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on factors such as location, market demand, experience, training, and education. The position is bonus eligible and offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability benefits, tuition assistance, PTO, and other benefits as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
