Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting to build and scale a new financial reporting function in a newly public environment. You will own SEC filings, internal controls, and technical accounting policies while aligning NetSuite with GAAP requirements.

You will lead external advisor relationships, collaborate with IR/FP&A, and drive innovation in reporting infrastructure to support a scalable, compliant financial platform.

Qualifications

• Public accounting background with in‑house public company reporting and technical accounting experience.
• Direct public company experience with ownership of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and SEC compliance.
• Deep technical capability in US GAAP, SEC regulations, XBRL, and ASC 606/842/718.
• Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, and scaling accounting talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Accounting & Internal Controls and develop audit‑ready policies.
• Oversee SEC external reporting, earnings releases, and investor communications.
• Manage external advisory partners, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Partner on NetSuite implementation and drive reporting innovations.
