Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in teaching and learning or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in pedagogical theory and instructional design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in faculty development or related higher education role.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate professional development programs for faculty.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and consultation to faculty to improve teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
• Support curriculum alignment, assessment planning, and instructional design across programs.
• Collaborate with program faculty and department heads to develop meaningful student learning outcomes.
• Oversee evaluation, program reviews, and data analysis for accreditation and compliance.
• Participate in college committees and lead initiatives related to teaching excellence.
