Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Proven experience in personal tax analysis and strategy end-to-end.
• Strong ability to develop holistic tax strategies for individuals and small businesses.
• Subject matter expertise in financial planning for high net worth clients.
• Impeccable follow-through and high professional integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LLCs, trusts, and complex tax structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with emphasis on small business owners and high net worth individuals.
• Drive revenue growth by developing a business development strategy and expanding services.
• Prepare tax returns for a large client base and oversee complex tax filings.
• Demonstrate technical mastery of tax advisory topics and supervise staff.
• Develop holistic tax strategies including bookkeeping and planning for clients.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and trust attorneys on client affairs.
• Proactively recommend strategies to maximize tax efficiency for each client.
• Educate clients on taxation fundamentals and implications for their finances.
• Identify opportunities to broaden services for existing clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax specialists to support client service.
