Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience with a strong foundation in federal and state income tax matters.
• Experience preparing or overseeing ASC 740 tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and related financial reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance, indirect tax considerations, and jurisdictional reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with international tax concepts, cross-border compliance matters, and working with external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate tax compliance activities across federal, state, and international jurisdictions.
• Oversee tax provision calculations, reporting requirements, and support external audits and examinations.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, and tax-related analytics.
• Manage relationships with outside tax consultants and service providers.
• Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies, credits, incentives, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop scalable policies, procedures, and controls to support business growth and regulatory compliance.

This position will oversee tax compliance, reporting, planning, and process improvement efforts while serving as a key partner to finance leadership. You will support core operations by ensuring accurate tax reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. Who You Are

• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience with a strong foundation in federal and state income tax matters


• Experience preparing or overseeing ASC 740 tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and related financial reporting requirements


• Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance, indirect tax considerations, and jurisdictional reporting requirements


• Familiarity with international tax concepts, cross-border compliance matters, and working with external advisors


• CPA, MST, or related accounting/tax credentials preferred


• Experience supporting ERP implementations, process improvements, and internal control development is a plus
