Job summary

Siemens Wendell, NC invites you to become the Head of Project Management – Systems. You will lead a team of System Managers and Project Managers delivering complex Systems projects and coordinate with SI EA factories to ensure consistent PM delivery under the PM@Siemens framework.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk and resource management, portfolio oversight, and continuous improvement. A PMP/PM@Siemens background is favored, with electrical power system knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering or project management.
• 4+ years of project management experience with P&L responsibility, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive goals and motivate the team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to varied levels.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera and proficiency in SAP / Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of system managers and project managers delivering Systems projects.
• Coordinate project execution with SI EA factories, aligning with PM@Siemens framework.
