Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. in Northeast Ohio seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee production planning, supply chain operations, and logistics, driving ERP/CIM adoption across the organization to improve scheduling and throughput.

You will lead a team comprising a Master Scheduler, two Planners, two Buyers, and an Assistant Material Manager, with performance reporting responsibilities. Injection molding/plastics experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP system experience.
• Injection molding/plastics industry experience preferred.
