Job summary

Triad Technology Group is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to provide strategic and operational leadership across procurement, materials management, supplier performance, inventory, and compliance. You will develop sourcing strategies, improve supply chain performance, and partner with operations and engineering to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, manufacturing, or another regulated industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Ability to meet export-controlled requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, supplier management, materials, and manufacturing supply chain activities.
• Develop sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, spend analysis, and inventory planning.
• Improve ERP/MRP systems, reporting, analytics, and supply chain processes.
• Manage supplier qualification, risk, contracts, performance, and corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and program teams on new products, production, and lifecycle support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government, trade, import/export, and industry regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs covering cost, quality, delivery, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Support responsible sourcing, supplier diversity, and other corporate initiatives.

Job Description

• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, process improvement, and supply chain analytics.
• Experience managing complex supply chain projects or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated or export-controlled environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Ability to meet applicable requirements for work involving export-controlled programs.
