Job summary

EyeQ Monitoring, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to own and grow the end-to-end supply chain function. You will align procurement, warehousing, and logistics with national growth goals and manage the budget, reporting to the CFO.

You will lead the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Manager, travel 20–30% for site visits, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to minimize onboarding delays for national accounts.

Qualifications

Based in Atlanta, GA, EyeQ Monitoring provides industry-leading security and business intelligence solutions to a variety of business sectors throughout the United States.

EyeQ Monitoring is looking for a Director of Supply Chain to build and own the function that powers our national growth. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can turn procurement, vendor management, warehousing, and logistics into a genuine competitive advantage by lowering our cost to serve, eliminating onboarding delays, and building a supply chain that scales with the business.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering directly with the executive team, you’ll own the end-to-end supply chain strategy, supply chain budget, and a team that includes the Warehouse Manager as a direct report and Purchasing Manager through a dotted-line relationship. You’ll be measured on outcomes, not activity, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how this function operates as we grow.

This is an in-office position based out of our Atlanta, GA office, with 20–30% travel to warehouse, distribution, and vendor sites nationally.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and own the company’s overall supply chain strategy, aligning procurement, warehousing, and logistics with business growth goals

• Own vendor and supplier relationships and negotiate and optimize vendor agreements to significantly reduce spend per new customer acquired
• Own the supply chain budget, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives to improve margin and reduce total landed cost
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Manager, setting priorities and performance goals for the function
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure effective supply chain support that minimizes onboarding interruptions for national customer accounts
• Design and maintain inventory management, demand planning, and warehousing processes that scale with national account growth
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single‑source dependencies, freight disruption, and vendor performance issues
• Evaluate and implement supply chain technology, including ERP, WMS, and procurement platforms, to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements across warehousing and logistics operations
• Collaborate with Finance on cost modeling, contract terms, and capital planning for supply chain infrastructure
• Establish KPIs and reporting for the function and present supply chain strategy and performance to the CFO and executive team
• Evolve and mature the supply chain function as the business scales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience
• 3–5+ years of experience leading multi‑site or national operations
• Proven experience leading and developing people managers and influencing cross‑functional partners without direct authority
• Experience managing a supply chain budget and driving cost‑control initiatives that impact the P&L
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor contract negotiation
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations, inventory management, transportation, and logistics
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics and reporting skills
• Executive presence and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present strategy and performance to senior leadership
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across national accounts and adjusting vendor strategy as the business scales
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
• Able to travel up to 20–30% to warehouse, distribution, and vendor sites nationally
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. during warehouse or site visits

Preferred

• MBA or advanced supply chain certification, including APICS/ASCM CSCP, CPSM, or Six Sigma
• Experience scaling supply chain operations for a multi‑location or national services or product company
• Background in strategic sourcing and vendor contract negotiation
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP or WMS systems
• Familiarity with national account onboarding and cross‑functional coordination with Sales and Customer Success
• Prior experience managing both direct and dotted‑line reports
