The Director of Student Services is a key member of the district administrative team and provides leadership for student services, special education compliance, student support systems, and other district programs.
Working in close partnership with the Building Principals, the Business Manager, the School Board, and the Superintendent, the Director of Student Services provides day-to-day administrative leadership focused on ensuring that students receive appropriate academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and specialized support while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment.
The position serves as a primary Local Education Agency (LEA) representative for Special Education and Section 504 processes and provides administrative oversight of IEP implementation, student support systems, behavioral interventions, and compliance requirements.
Certification:
Valid New Hampshire Special Education Administrator (or eligibility for certification at the time of hire).
