Job summary

St. Martin's Episcopal Church is seeking a Director of Student Ministries to guide middle and high school students through Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, and Outreach. You will build meaningful relationships with students and families as they explore and deepen their faith in Christ.

You will lead a team, oversee budget, and coordinate retreats, worship experiences, and mission trips in a collaborative church environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry, Christian Education, or related field (equivalent ministry experience considered).
• 5+ years of ministry or leadership experience, including 3+ years supervising staff or volunteers.
• Preferred: formal theological training and experience in teaching and public speaking.
