Job summary

The University of New Hampshire seeks a Director of Student Affairs to lead the Office of Student and Community Engagement (OSCE) and oversee the UNH Manchester housing partnership with Southern New Hampshire University.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs or related fields.
• Experience with crisis response, case management, student conduct, program development and assessment, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Office of Student and Community Engagement staff and peer leaders.
• Provide strategic leadership for student engagement initiatives, orientation programs, clubs, events, and belonging initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and assess programs that advance engagement, persistence, and wellbeing.
