Job description

This position requiresstrong leadership, charisma, excellent communication skills, depth, and relationalapproachability; in short, a master mentor. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with our co-Director of StudentDevelopment (an Occupational Therapist) to complement and balance their role with mental health expertise. Please note that this position does not involve conducting therapy; all workfocuses on intentional mentoring. No clinical notes, no Treatment licenses or audits.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $75,000–$95,000 base pay annually, plus performance bonuses typically amounting to $110,000-$130,000.
• Schedule: 9/80 work schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with every other Friday off).
• Paid Time Off: 3 weeks paid personal time off plus most federal holidays.
