Job summary

The successful candidate will supervise graduate assistants, plan camps, ensure compliance with NSIC and NCAA rules, and handle budget and equipment purchasing as part of a broad athletics leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the strength and conditioning programing for all NSU teams
• Develop and implement individualized conditioning, strength, speed, and flexibility programs for student-athletes
• Demonstrate a commitment to the continual advancement of training methods and professional development within the field
• Budget management
• Equipment purchasing
• Hiring and managing graduate assistant coaches
• Organizing camps and clinics in support of the Strength & Conditioning program
• Adherence to NSIC and NCAA rules and regulations
• General administrative duties
• Other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Athletics
