Qualifications

About the Role

This role demands exceptional project management skills, strategic vision, and the ability to align cross-functional efforts with organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and timely execution.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and operational processes.
• Lead the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and industry trends.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, managing stakeholder relationships to drive consensus and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution and operational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or ).

• Experience in the self-storage and/or insurance industry.
