Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 10+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred for advanced strategic roles
• Experience translating complex information to executive audiences
• Healthcare payor/provider domain experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and analyses in partnership with business units
• Translate strategy into executable programs, timelines, and milestones
• Partner with executive leadership to define priorities and success criteria
• Develop and monitor operating models and capability-building initiatives
• Travel to work sites as necessary to advance initiatives
