As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Supply Chain team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by developing solutions to complex spend categories, driving savings through negotiations and purchasing, and increasing accuracy and visibility.
As the Director of Strategic Sourcing (Indirect) at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by creating sourcing strategies and procedures to deliver optimal value to the organization. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, work closely with key business stakeholders, and oversee the Strategic Sourcing team.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
Lead strategic sourcing projects from inception to implementation including strategic planning, negotiation, and contracting in indirect spend categories
Responsible for indirect sourcing – MRO (including but not limited to vending, waste, forklift, safety suppliers, tools etc.), Real Estate, Corporate Services and Fleet
Oversees the selection, procurement, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to meet requirements and design intent
Perform best in class sourcing activities from end to end including spend and market analysis, sourcing strategy, negotiations, contracting, process improvement, and ongoing supplier and stakeholder management
