Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 25% to SHI, Partners, and Customers events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic procurement and service delivery plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Oversee the procurement delivery team and grow the practice, driving revenue growth and new pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and sales architects to support initiatives.
• Monitor performance through data-driven metrics and analytics to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with service delivery policies, manage risks, and drive innovation in procurement practices.
