Director of Strategic Partnerships (Remote, US-Based)

Are you a high-energy, results-driven leader passionate about building strategic partnerships in the foodservice space? We seek a Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead growth and development with major foodservice management companies (think Aramark, Compass, Sodexo) and cutting-edge tech partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead partner strategy and market expansion efforts in foodservice and food tech.
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with industry leaders to grow brand presence.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decisions.
What You Bring
  • Proven track record of success in strategic partnerships or business development.
  • Strong experience with foodservice management companies (Aramark, Compass, Sodexo preferred).
  • A network of relevant industry relationships and the ability to "make it rain."
  • Data-driven decision-making and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the US and Canada as needed.
