Overview

We are looking for a Director of Strategic Finance to join our team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Actuarial Services and is responsible for creating strategic blueprints and tracking emerging results to plan. Gentiva partners with payers, providers, and risk-bearing entities to develop a value-based palliative care offering for patients approaching end of life. This is a fully remote position, aligned with central or eastern time zone hours.

  • Produce monthly reports summarizing results, comparing to expectations, and highlighting key drivers.

About You
