Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in finance or MBA (preferred)
• 10 years of related experience (required)
• Experience with debt structuring or project finance (preferred)
• Attention to detail and precision (required)
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (required)
• Strong presentation and communication skills (required)
• Experience with AI for finance or RAG frameworks (preferred)
• Deal structuring experience (preferred)
• Results-driven and problem-solving mindset (required)
• Excellent written & verbal communication (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (required)
• Ability to manage multiple work streams independently (required)
• Leadership, delegation, negotiation, and consensus-building (required)
• Critical thinking on legal/financial implications (required)
• Industry knowledge in RNG/energy (preferred)
• Interest in alternative energy/renewable fuels (required)

• Lead and direct due diligence activities
• Liaise between Corporate Development and other departments to drive strategy and growth
• Support CFO on strategic finance initiatives
• Structure and negotiate commercial relationships
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and service providers
• Provide updates on competitors and target opportunities
• Develop acquisition plans and growth initiatives
