Kymera Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a senior Business Development leader to drive the company’s BD strategy and form strategic partnerships around our targeted protein degradation platform.

You will own the deal lifecycle end-to-end, coordinating with R&D, legal, and finance to close high-impact collaborations. You will evaluate opportunities, lead due diligence, model financials, and negotiate licensing and collaboration agreements while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree required (PhD/MD/MBA) with scientific fluency and business acumen.
• 8+ years in business development, corporate development, or strategy consulting in biopharma.
• Experience across full deal lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, negotiation, structuring.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Drive Kymera's BD strategy and partnerships, positioning platform and pipeline at the center of collaborations.
• Identify, evaluate, and close strategic transactions with top biopharma partners.
• Own deals end to end from opportunity to signature, coordinating with R&D, legal, finance and outside counsel.
• Lead cross-functional diligence and prepare materials (presentations, term sheets, models).
• Develop financial analyses including forecasts, comparables, and NPV valuations.
• Lead negotiations and execution of collaboration agreements (licensing, MTAs, CDAs).
• Represent Kymera to industry partners and at partnering conferences and events.
