• Proven leadership in large programming teams and project delivery.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and SOP governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities across therapeutic areas and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop and implement programming strategies, standards, and specifications for analyses.
• Mentor leaders, recruit talent, and drive process improvements across the group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable successful trial deliverables.
