AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Stakeholder Management, Permits & Communications Director to lead permitting and regulatory interfaces across multiple jurisdictions for a major pharmaceutical campus program.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and executive reporting to ensure on-time permits, proactive risk management, and clear governance with federal, state, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 20+ years in major capital programs or large projects.
• 10+ years leading stakeholder engagement, permitting, or regulatory roles.
• Experience with programs >$1B in capital value.
• Strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management, regulatory engagement and permitting coordination across the campus program.
• Develop and manage a campus-wide permitting strategy aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate permit identification, review cycles, approvals, and compliance across workstreams.
• Interface with permitting authorities and engage federal, state, and local agencies.
• Produce executive briefings, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
