Job summary

Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of SLP Services to join our interdisciplinary clinic with locations in Norman, OKC, Lawton, and Edmond. You will lead a team of SLPs and SLPA staff across locations, build comprehensive treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to support children and families.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, Oklahoma license, ASHA CCC, and 2+ years of pediatric experience, including AAC/PECS/ASL and feeding/swallowing expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with internship in SLP as required by law
• Oklahoma State License in good standing
• CCC-SLP per ASHA
• 2+ years’ experience with children and families
• Experience with AAC/PECS/ASL
• Experience with autism or other intellectual disabilities
• Training in feeding/oral and motor/swallowing
• Familiar with HIPAA and confidentiality
• Proficient in Word/Office/Google Drive/EMR
• Ability to mentor and supervise staff

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders
• Lead a team of SLP and SLPA providers across locations with supervision
• Create comprehensive treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations
• Work in outpatient/private-practice settings across clinic, home and community
• Maintain timely client records and treatment notes
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations
