Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Indiana District Level Administrator: Director of Exceptional Needs license required or eligible.
• Experience in special education leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide district-wide leadership and oversight for all special education programs and Section 504.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and related laws and policies.
• Lead evaluation processes, IEPs, and related service provision across the district.
• Supervise and develop staff including psychologists and diagnosticians.
• Coordinate budget, staffing, and resource management for special education.
